Resolution and disputes
How a market gets settled, who calls it, and what happens to your shares when the answer is in.
When the deadline passes (or the underlying event is decided early), the market needs a final answer. We use a combination of on-chain oracle reports and operator review. For markets we mirror from Polymarket, our settlement follows theirs — when PM resolves, we mirror the same outcome on chain within minutes.
What happens to your shares
If you hold Yes shares and the market resolves Yes, you can redeem each share for $1 USDC. No shares become worthless. If the market resolves No, the inverse. If the market resolves Invalid — the outcome was ambiguous or the event didn't happen as posed — every share, Yes or No, redeems for $0.50, so nobody wins or loses.
Disputes
After an outcome is proposed, each authenticated account may submit one dispute opinion — Yes, No, or Invalid — with a reason and supporting source. The market pauses while an operator reviews the submissions and vote proportions. The operator may dismiss the dispute and keep the proposal, or override it with the final outcome. If nobody disputes before the deadline, the proposed outcome is finalized automatically.
